Processing Your Gifts for People in Need

The purpose of the Gospel Rescue Mission, Community Ministries, Distribution Center is to:

• Receive
• Store
• Sort
• Distribute

In addition to the physical receiving and distributing goods, the Distribution Center also screens everyone who receives help from Community Ministries. Case Management is provided for families receiving assistance to help provide for their immediate and ongoing needs.

All donations of clothing, electronics, household items, furniture and working appliances are given free to those in need.

Your gifts are tax-deductible and we will issue tax-deductible receipt letters for your donations upon request.

Helping to Build Character and Integrity...

As a way for instilling community service, character and integrity, men from our Men's Center serve in the Distribution Center also. Giving back to the community - through acts of service - helps cement crucial character qualities into the foundations we strive to lay down to those seeking recovery at the Rescue Mission.
