Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault is a Ministry Partner with the Gospel Rescue Mission of Tucson.

Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault’s Su Voz Vale is a bilingual/bicultural program. The mission statement of the center is to reduce the incidence and impact of sexual violence in our community. Delia Gastelum is a crisis advocate and educator at Su Voz Vale.

Delia shares with the Gospel Rescue Mission.

“This letter is in reference to the services provided to our clients by your agency. I have been an advocate with Su Voz Vale for nearly three years. In those three years, I have sent a number of clients your way.

Your staff has always provided just the right services our clients were seeking. Recently, I accompanied a client of ours to your Community Ministries location, in search of furniture and other household items.

I cannot express how welcome our client felt. Our client walked away with a feeling of hope after having left her home with nothing but the clothes she and her children were wearing. Many of our clients have to leave their homes abruptly and must begin from scratch.

Your agency has been extremely helpful with our client’s healing process.”
