Our addiction recovery program in Tucson is a structured twelve-month residential program designed to help men and women overcome addiction and build a new life. The program focuses on healing the mind, body, and spirit while promoting personal responsibility, spiritual growth, and long-term stability.
The program is divided into four phases: Recovery Readiness, Stability, Healing & Hope, and A New You. While the program is designed to be completed in approximately twelve months, progress is individualized. Advancement is based on each guest’s commitment, growth, and readiness for the next phase of recovery and independence.
Throughout the program, guests receive recovery coaching, participate in relapse prevention classes, attend support groups, develop life skills, engage in workforce development, and prepare for stable housing and employment.
Gospel Rescue Mission does not provide medical detox services on-site. However, if medical detox is needed before entering our addiction recovery program, we partner with trusted community providers to ensure guests receive safe and appropriate care.
Our team can help coordinate detox placement and, when possible, reserve a place in the recovery program while treatment is completed. Once detox is finished, guests can transition directly into our residential recovery program and begin their journey toward healing and long-term transformation.
You do not have to navigate recovery alone. Our team is here to help you take the next step.
If you are ready to begin addiction recovery in Tucson, you can come directly to Gospel Rescue Mission to start the intake process. Our staff will meet with you, assess your needs, and help determine the most appropriate next steps.

Why It Matters
Addiction destroys lives, families, and communities. At GRM, we walk with our guests through each step of recovery, offering not just treatment but transformation. For potential guests, this program is an opportunity to start over. For donors, it’s an investment in lives made whole—individuals restored, families reunited, and futures filled with hope.
The Role of Process Groups
Process Groups are at the heart of recovery. They provide accountability, encouragement, and a safe place to share struggles and victories. Topics include relapse prevention, self-care, budgeting, and community integration. Daily check-ins help guests track progress, while peer support builds lifelong relationships that carry recovery beyond our doors.
