Easter blessings to go flyer

We can’t wait to experience the Lord’s blessings during our upcoming Easter Blessings to Go event on April 7th. And witness, firsthand, how God works in the lives of those who are in need within our community.

And with just a few dollars, you can bring joy and support to someone who is struggling this Easter.

For only $3.02, you can provide a meal for someone who is hungry and in need of hope. By giving, you become the hands and feet of Jesus, providing a sense of security and comfort to those who have lost so much. Your gift can make all the difference to someone in despair.

If you have already contributed, we thank you for your generosity. If you have not yet given, or feel led to give again, we urge you to consider doing so soon. Your continued support is crucial, especially in a time of uncertainty, where rising costs are causing many to tighten their budgets and prepare for the future. For some, this means having to make heartbreaking choices such as paying bills or feeding their families.

This Easter, we have an opportunity to restore hope to those in need. Your gift of a healthy meal, given without strings attached, can invite someone into a future filled with hope and possibility. By providing this gift, you can change the course of someone’s life and offer them the love of Jesus.

We know that many in our community are hurting right now, with more than 2,200 people unhoused in Pima County and over 131,000 individuals in Southern Arizona unsure of where their next meal is coming from, but with your compassion and generosity, we can make a real difference.

On April 7th, as families join us for an Easter Brunch, or pick up their warm meal and drive-thru, a team of volunteers and prayer warriors will be there to connect people with programs, resources, and services to help… It’s a day that could change the rest of their lives.

In fact, this might be the first time they ever encounter the love of Jesus and hear the true meaning of Easter. This could be the moment that someone welcomes Jesus into their life – exchanging grief for joy, and despair for hope. This might be the first time they learn that their life can change and that someone is willing to help.

Would you please consider helping with an Easter gift today?

Thank you for your heart to help others, and may God bless you this Easter season.

Thanking God for you,
Lisa Chastain
Chief Executive Officer

P.S. Whatever you give today is a gift to those who are truly hurting. We don’t always see or know the impact of what we do – but we always trust God to water the seeds that are planted. As you celebrate with your family and friends this Easter, I would like to ask you to pray for the people we serve. Pray that God will soften their hearts and that He would make Himself known to them. Thank you again for all you do to serve others!
