GRM Proudly Honors 51 Graduates!
51 of our Recovery guests recently walked down an aisle of chairs, one by one, and accepted a certificate of completion from our staff as a room full of their friends and family members stood, clapping and screaming in celebration of their accomplishments. It was the perfect night.
This is why we do what we do—to be a part of moments like this as we celebrate their new lives.
Yet, completing the Recovery Program is not the end of their story… it’s only the end of this chapter of their lives.
As we celebrated their new lives, many graduates were eager to share their stories and express gratitude for being given new opportunities.
“I want to say thank you to the donors. We appreciate you so much! We need this help, and it helps a lot!” – Marisol
“I felt called by God to be here. I was homeless with two sons, and I needed discipline so I could be humbled before the Lord and walk with Him in obedience. When people support Gospel Rescue Mission, it’s more than just helping us recover from drinking or doing drugs…we’re building a solid foundation on Christ. You’re not just saving us in this life, but for eternity.” – Jaime
“Graduating is like building a foundation. I couldn’t have done this without God and without my peers here. I am so grateful for the staff and for the generosity of donors who make all of this possible. It’s not just money – it’s giving with your heart.” – Natasha
Thanks to your support this year, the lives of these 51 men and women have been changed forever. They will enter this holiday season with new hope—and new life.
