I can hardly imagine anything more challenging than spending Christmas homeless and alone. Every year I am overwhelmed when I see all the kids who call Gospel Rescue Mission home during the holidays. On the one hand, I am deeply grateful they are here with us - that they are safe, fed, and off the streets. On the other hand, my heart breaks when I consider all they’ve had to endure in their short lives. (more…)
